Refund policy

 

Returns of physical products must be made within 30 days. Buyer agrees to pay return shipping + 20% restocking fee. If buyer receives damaged/defective unit, the product is subject to the drop-shippers return policy (i.e. if buying a Broad Arrow seat, you will be subject to the return policy at Wilderness Vans). Any custom made orders (i.e. Broad Arrow Seat base) are not eligible for returns or refunds.

The Van Guide Bundle is digital and thus is deemed "used" after download or opening. This unfortunately means we have a strict no refund policy in regards to dissatisfaction with product. Please contact admin@saraandalexjames.com to see how we can remedy any problems you may have with this.
